Description Essential Functions Initiates and leads the development and implementation of OD strategies and programs that enable UH to achieve its strategies and goals. Develops and conducts talent and organizational development programs and assessments that use quantitative and qualitative data analytics for measuring effectiveness. Facilitates in a variety of presentation settings with key stakeholders including leadership of all levels, SMEs, and internal and external vendors. Collects, assesses and analyzes data regarding the needs of the organization to design integrated OD solutions; and recommend changes to learning & development initiatives for continued applicability. Influences, guides & advises leaders on related organizational development issues/solutions and ensures business focused consulting solutions with demonstrated use of data analytics. Partners with HR leadership for recommendations on OD strategies and tactics that will close gaps from current to desired future state (i.e., talent/performance/learning gaps). Demonstrates credibility with all levels of caregivers, and is able to influence a complex organization of stakeholders. Required For All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned.
