Job Description:

The ERP Superuser is the embedded subject matter expert in Operations to assist in ERP activities. They will respond to and resolve ERP work interruptions, provide guidance and training to various teams, and support configuration changes and development of the ERP system.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides ongoing functional and system support to various departments on ERP processes and their interdependencies.

  • Interacts with users to answer questions and ensure that they understand how to use the system to properly complete their tasks.

  • Collaborates with department leaders on establishing best practices to ensure system accuracy.

  • Documents and trains end-users on processes, particularly during change.

  • Supports Enterprise Applications by testing changes to the ERP system before deployment.

  • Responds to and resolves work interruptions in various departments while ensuring overall data integrity.

  • Investigates potential solutions, scope of work, and testing requirements for successful launch of new projects.

Secondary Functions:

  • Evaluates for process and system improvements by logging work interruptions and identifying trends.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of five years of experience supporting Operations, particularly within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Order Management, or Planning.

  • Minimum of three years’ experience working with Dynamics AX 2012.

  • Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Ability to translate highly technical information for understanding by all audiences.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or internal employees.

  • Must be willing to travel for training and professional development, up to 10%.
