The Retail Operations Lead is the store’s “Swiss Army Knife”. You will interact with the store management team and conduct daily administrative duties. Typical duties of the Operations Specialist include:
Supports management team with reconciling Multi-cards, Petty Cash, and other expense systems
Helps with the review of GL expenses for accuracy
Build and maintains files to support efficient store operations, trains Operations staff as needed
Handles store communications, maintains bulletin boards, calendars, and other communication areas
Manages office supply inventory within assigned budget
Administers Pro Deal program, communicates with vendors and employees, monitors guidelines compliance
Facilitates hiring, processes HR documentation, maintains review and anniversary dates, employee files, payroll entry, and attendance tracking
Coordinates Safety Committee and Product Quality Issues and ensures store is following Loss Prevention standards

Experience in a retail or office environment (preferred)

Effective communication skills - clear, concise and positive.

The pay for this role is: $19.90 - $23.40 per hour.
