You will support the I2M and IIM process for site / cluster and ensure effective planning and execution of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for a plant or cluster. At the plant level you will work on change management and innovation management capabilities.

How you will contribute

'1. Develop and renew the Plant Digital & Automation master plan with plant business development needs and the manufacturing Digital steaming team and SSAL and combined with plant future needs.

2. Manage the plants digital projects master plan with agile project management Gates and scrum spring under the basis of Initiative innovation management methodology, continually leverage resource and remove barriers and tracking progress to deliver project results and manufacturing gross productivity.

3. Governance the Plant Digital programs, Digital plant projects include data acquisition and plant data structures, IOT equipment standard, APC, SCADA, etc

4. Leverage Mondelēz application catalogs and MBS technology and M&E enterprise engineering standards to scale up the quick win and PoC (prove of concept) exploring.

5. Organizing the teamwork of SSAL and Digital & Automation engineers and ITS plant security team, to develop the CCN and iIoT based Automation/control systems and standard establishment.

6. Establish the standard working process and CBA current best approach for Plant Digital & Automation technical maintenance. Leverage resource to help production line change work mode to support digital transformation.

7. Organize and coordinate the plants digital maturity assessment and continually support them improve the DMI to the top of Mondelēz.

8. Coperate with BU digitalization team to deliver manufacturing workflow project including business needs breakdown, project management and system iteration and upgrade.

9. All other duties as required
