Job Family Summary ：
Manages or supervises a team responsible for selling company products, systems and services in assigned territory (or assigned partner) through indirect sales channels such as VARs, distributor and retailer.
Principal Accountabilities ：
Establish sales through indirect channels such as Value Added Reseller (VAR), , Distributors, Dealers, Alliances or Partners；
Attains team revenue and margin targets；
Ensures brand values are maintained by Channel Partners；
Provides direction, development and inspiration to team members；
Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce；
Drives channel sales strategies and channel sales promotion campaigns；
Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members；
Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities；
Responsible for organizing cross functional teams.
Directly oversees sales managers and their teams;
Manages complex accounts and/or account teams;
Understands and implements strategic direction of Channel sales for field organization;
Drives strategic account management and pipeline development;
Leads team’s business acumen and customer knowledge;
Develops and trains account executives;
Mentors entry level Regional Sales Managers/Senior level Regional Sales Manager/Executes Strategy
May have country manager or site lead responsibilities
