Position Summary

Strategic Corporate Solutions is a global strategic priority focused on creating exceptional outcomes for key clients.

The goal of the Strategic Corporate Solutions function is to identify, develop and engage high-potential strategic clients.

The Strategic Corporate Solutions function is focused on approaching and developing new clients who enjoy rapid growth and have the potential to grow into key accounts across business lines; understanding and anticipating each client’s unique needs and expectation on our services; promoting the CBRE brand, services, solutions and producing measurably client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion and communicate the Strategic Corporate Solutions programme throughout China. This includes client selection, account management framework, client service plans, engagement strategies, satisfaction surveys, client performance measurement (satisfaction and revenue growth), and direct management of client care resources and virtual client account teams

  • Identify, evaluate and develop high-potential strategic clients to drive new growth opportunities for China, mainly focusing on domestic clients

  • Implement the programme based upon global/regional strategic objectives and tools/standards; support global/regional account management of other clients active in China

  • Work closely with the Client Principals, Client Account Teams and Client community to drive engagement; monitor work-in-progress and work closely with business lines to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Represent voice of the client and have a deep understanding of client strategy to drive business priorities, lead generation across services, structured client engagements, pre-and post-briefings and follow ups on client feedback and action items

  • Build a Client Feedback culture with Net Promoter Score (‘NPS’) as a minimum standard

  • Partners with CBRE business lines and markets to drive client plans including outcomes, revenue growth and client satisfaction

  • Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Work closely with the regional Client Analytics and Operations team on performance dashboard, client analytics and alignment on processes like rules of engagement

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Proven business development and key account management experience in relevant industries; management experience in commercial property service industry will be a plus

  • Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with senior level stakeholders

  • The ability to plan, manage and prioritise multiple projects, conflicting deadlines and to deal effectively and positively with

  • Client-centric mind-set, strong relationship management and business development skill set

  • A strong team ethic; ability to resolve issues in conjunction with business leaders and clients with changing requirements

  • Able to act under pressure; proactive with a positive 'can do' approach; self-starter able to work effectively as part of a team

  • Bachelor’s degree and more than 10 years of working experience in relevant areas

  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
