Role Overview :

1、 计划、组织、协调安装工地工作，在安装进场前负责对土建进行测量和跟踪其整改情况；

2、 负责与甲方、总包方、监理沟通安装和配合事宜；

3、 负责项目发货的跟踪和确认；

4、 若工地现场出现FTB时，负责到工地现场确认，并及时反馈给工地支持部；

5、 负责安装开工前技术监督局告知，及开工报告；

6、 负责制定项目进度计划，并在安装过程中拖动和更新项目进展；

7、 负责安装过程中安全和质量的检查及控制；

8、 负责调试和中间的确认及跟踪；

9、 负责安装结束后技术监督局报检和协助验收，并对验收结果进行跟踪；

10、 安装结束后负责将设备移交给客户和服务；

11、 在安装过程中，负责推广X-order，若客户有意向时，负责制定方案、报价、物料跟踪、应收款收取等相关工作；

12、 负责发货后应收款的跟踪和收取；

13、 当安装单位对安装有疑问时，负责指导和培训。

What You Will Need to be Successful :

职位要求

1、 大学本科及以上 学历

2、 熟悉电梯产品，从事相关销售管理工作三年以上

3、 熟练掌握并使用计算机办公软件

4、 形象气质佳
