Role purpose:

  • Siemens Digital Industry Division (DI) is an innovation and technology leader in industrial automation and digitalization.

  • DI DBO (Digital Business Office) is responsible for establishing, improvement and management of DI digital business in scope platform, to increase customer satisfaction and sales productivity. DBO is also the operation and development owner of Siemens digital customer journey related application (Included Discovery, Service, Mall of WeChat mini program and Website) and in charge of exploring and extending market coverage, generate new business opportunities, understand market and customer better.

  • E-commerce commercial team leader worked for DI DBO and focus on supporting digital sales and process optimization to improve efficiency.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Together with respective business line and support function to secure orders through coordinating with internal & external resource, especially on new business model, new business field expand topics.

  • Drive order management E2E process (automation, optimization) to improve efficiency and saving cost.

  • Responsible for commercial topics, e.g. online contract, online quotation, new portfolio launch preparation from E-commerce commercial side etc to support business development.

  • Coordinate with customer and internal colleagues to manage complicated cases about logistics, invoice, refund, after-sales service, complaints etc.

  • ECC risk management on transaction level.

  • Supply chain management in some specific cases if need.

  • SAP order execution training for teams on all different types of online orders and relevant platform new functions.

  • Coordinate and manage vendor to provide higher quality service for us (service staff and order specialist).

Your defining qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or related areas.

  • Have experience with sales business administration / commercial for more than 3 years.

  • Thinking with business sense.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications and have experience with commercial SAP applications as well.

  • Good communication skills to understand requirements from internal & external.

  • Customer orientation and service attitude.

  • High sense of responsibility, initiative, strong ability to work under pressure.

  • With sense of Internet, love E-commerce business, with experience of handling online customer service and order is preferred.
