DESCRIPTION OF WORK As an Electronics Trade Instructor you maintain an inmate work crew for the purpose of instructing, coaching, and educating the inmate in the field of electronics. You provide on the job training and shop instruction for the vocational training of inmates in the electronics trade.
In addition, you instruct inmates in a variety of electronics, which include general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and installation of new electronic fixtures and equipment. You are also responsible for maintaining a working knowledge and ability concerning electronic components of cell doors and sliders.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 40-hour work week Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. This position is eligible for full retirement benefits at age 50 or 55 Salary:Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $48,425.00 (before taxes). Three years of experience in the testing and repair of electronic equipment; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements:
