Beacon Hill Staffing Group Accounts Receivable Specialist in Bellevue, Washington
Beacon Hill Financial Staffing has a great Accounts Receivable opportunity for a fast growing company located in Bellevue, WA. The position will offer a hybrid schedule for the foreseeable future. The company is fast growing and offers many opportunities for career growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
What you will be doing?
You will post customer payments investigate payment issues, and balance daily work.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for handling all payments that are received by the company that are unable to be identified, including entering them into a database
- Work with internal and external customers to assist in getting unidentified payments posted properly
- Process and post all checks and wire payments
- Balance daily work to vendor notifications and bank statements
- Assist with payment investigations
- Assist the Cash Accounting team as needed with reconciliation variances
- Process Credit Card returns
- Prepare customer refund requests for management approval
- Research, identify, and post electronic payments which fell to suspense
