Job Description

- Work alongside key leadership roles to organize and develop the Agile team that supports development values streams, integrate with Agile Release Trains

- Join daily standups to become engrained in T-Mobile initiatives

- Support our coaches in the adoption of Agile product management and servant leadership values and practices.

- Coach, mentor, and train Scrum Masters in the skills needed to facilitate key team level events such as Product Backlog grooming, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Product Roadmap development and support PI Planning.

- Drive widespread adoption across the whole Innovative Data Solutions organization of Lean and Agile mindset, values, principles, and practices

- Actively participate as member of the larger coaching team, contributing towards consistent guidance and practices.

Skills and Requirements

- 7+ years in Program Management in the IT Industry

- Background in Agile and working with Agile teams

- Strong communication and organization skills

- Experience working as the liaison between different stakeholders

- Background in Product Management is a plus

- Identification, backlog management, staffing key roles and successful planning and executing of program increments.

- Solid knowledge of Agile management and virtual collaboration tools. (e.g. Jira and Jira Align). null
