Spur Reply LLC Senior Consultants - Business Operations in Bellevue, Washington
Spur Reply, LLC is seeking Senior Consultants - Business Operations for its Bellevue, Washington office (telecommuting permitted). Multiple Openings. Job Duties: Define, design, and build project management and governance structure tools and templates such as project workback plans, risk management tools, reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Conduct data analysis across different data sets. Develop client-ready work products, including approaches and engagement models, go-to-market and enablement strategies, strategic and executive-level Point of Views and proposals, and quantitative reports for enterprise companies. Own and manage deliverables, processes, workstreams, Rhythm of Business (ROB), and programs end-to-end. Develop playbooks, instructions, and best practices. Present and transition overall approach, model, tools, templates, and playbooks to clients. Telecommuting permitted. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree * in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related field Experience Requirements: Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Consultant, Marketing Manager, Director, or related occupation, including:
- Five years of experience developing business strategy and managing business operations for corporations.
- Five years of experience managing, developing, and improving the efficiency of business operations.
- Five years of experience conducting quantitative analysis and/or creating financial models using Microsoft Excel.
- Five years of experience designing and building project management and governance structure tools and templates.
- Three years of experience developing go-to-market strategies and stakeholder-ready work products.
- Three years of experience managing product launches.
- Three years of experience assessing critical success factors and competitive market landscapes within Tech or Cloud industries.
- Three years of experience analyzing complex datasets and providing analytical insights and business recommendations to improve business efficiencies.
Experience may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable, as are foreign equivalent degrees. *Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related field and three years of experience in the skills and abilities listed above as the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the skills and abilities listed above. MUST HAVE PROOF OF LEGAL AUTHORITY TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES. JOB LOCATION: 3180 139th Ave SE, Suite 300, Bellevue, WA 98005 SALARY RANGE: $136,822 - $146,822/year BENEFITS: Company paid premiums - 80% Health, 100% Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family, opportunity to participate in 401k with up to 4% company match, and paid vacation (unlimited days of paid vacation per year) 40 hours per week.
