Typically supports a Director or Sr Director while also helping support administrative needs of larger team/department. May handle confidential information. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to three Directors and one Senior Director. In this role, you will oversee a range of administrative tasks, ensuring the department operates smoothly while managing confidential information with the utmost professionalism. Please note: This position requires you to be on-site at our Bellevue, WA HQ location five days a week (Monday through Friday). Key Responsibilities Schedule Coordination: Manage and coordinate calendars, arrange appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, and planning of events. Document Preparation: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create presentations, reports, and organizational charts. Conduct research, compile data, and proofread documents as needed. Project Management: Prioritize and organize multiple projects simultaneously. Prepare and track invoices, expense reports, and team budget. Communication Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for leadership and their teams, coordinate messages, maintain document libraries, manage office supplies and mail distribution. Attend meetings and document key points for future reference. Policy Resource: Maintain a thorough understanding of T-Mobile policies and practices and serve as a resource for departmental policies and procedures. Assist in filing help desk tickets to update or correct permissions as required. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. Experience: A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in providing administrative support is preferred, but not required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members and external contacts.
