Together, we won't stop! Job Overview Performs a variety of moderately complex administrative functions and clerical duties to support a Manager/Director or a group. Typically supports a Director or Sr Director while also helping support administrative needs of larger team/department. May handle confidential information. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage schedules, arrange appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, events, time off, etc. Using an array of business software applications (e.g. word processing, presentation and spreadsheets), prepare presentations, departmental reports and organizational charts. Research, compile and proof word processing assignments. Prioritize, plan and organize multiple projects simultaneously, prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports. May assist with compiling and developing annual budget. Provide information to callers, coordinate messages, file maintenance, manage department office supplies and mail, attend meetings and keep notes on meeting content. Maintain full understanding and knowledge of office practices and act as resource for business unit's policies and procedures. May file help desk tickets to update/correct permissions. Education:High School Diploma/GED () Work Experience:4-7 years Experience of providing administrative support. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
