Oracle Financial Analyst 2 in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

This position is to support G&A , Non G&A LOB's. Responsibility includes providing support for planning, preparation of annual budget, forecast reporting, deep dive expense analysis & to provide recommendations through various financial models. The role would also require to provide ad hoc analysis, work on projects, etc. for finance leadership with short turn around time, needing ability to think the macro scenario and at the same time needs data precision. This role involves regular interactions with Business partners & Senior Finance director. The candidate should be a self-starter and able to work independently. Strong communication skills, pro-activeness and provide timely accurate information would be the key for success. Expectations is to develop the knowledge on the available system & tools used for the simplification & standardization of reporting along with the automation of the projects.

Responsibilities

As a member of Oracle's finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes. May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed. You may participate in cross functional programs and projects.
