Job Description Summary

The Global Clinical Staff Instructor Analyst provides expertise in analyzing clinical learning needs for the services function, then designs and delivers training solutions. This role will be responsible for delivering clinical SEI radiology training globally for regions outside of USCAN.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work integrally with associated teams to create, manage, coordinate and deliver clinical training (globally) to internal service and support orgs and external partners. This will include select duties adapting content for target audiences, delivering specified content, and registering and tracking attendence.

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of a clinical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired clinical expertise to execute policy/strategy.

  • In-depth understanding of clinical implementation, workflow, and departmental roles and uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

  • Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to clinical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

  • A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with ability to work indepantly, cross-functionally, and across multiple timezones to deliver training in an efficient and effective manner.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Digital Services Learning Delivery.

  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

  • experience in adult learning techniques and training delivery.

  • Minimum 5+ years experience

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and techniques.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan and execute programs independantly. Established project management skills.

  • Radiology clinical experience/ knowledge required.

  • Knowledge of GEHC radiology imaging products desired.
