The Amazon Fire TV team is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to own engagement for FTV across device types in India. This role will be responsible for defining customer engagement programs, working with advanced analytics and data science teams to drive device usage and retention, identifying and closing gaps in experience by partnering with WW stakeholder teams and designing and executing on device campaigns to drive retention and engagement. You should thrive in ambiguous situations and love to build things from scratch. You are innovative, creative and excited about implementing engagement initiatives for Fire TV Devices across 1P and 3P device types.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Own the retention metrics for FTV India, identifying leading cause of churn across customer cohorts and device types, and establishing a charter to address the same.

  2. Design campaigns on lifecycle marketing and customer retention/ winback strategies for Fire TV; inclusive of early onboarding, sustained usage, churn and win-back programs that deliver downstream impact across Fire TV and Amazon

  3. Track the impact of these interventions with a keen spirit of experimentation by placing these tests behind weblabs and other measurement tools.

  4. Benchmark FTV experience and identify large opportunities to improve the same, partner with WW teams to highlight gaps and the short term and long term means to address the same.

  5. Update stakeholders through strong mechanisms like QBR etc. Lead the engagement goal setting for India during OP1, OP2.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience communicating results to stakeholders

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
