Our RGBU Omni Channel Development team is looking for a hard-working, innovative Senior Applications Developer who is seeking a major part in the development and progressive evolution of retail applications towards cloud-native solutions. We are seeking a technical leader who can seek and implement imaginative and strategic solutions to large-scale and sophisticated customer problems; one who thrives with ownership and accountability in such an environment.

You will be a part of a team that develops and supports groundbreaking Oracle Retail Cloud Services.

Job Requirements:

• BS or MS degree in computer science, or equivalent

• 7+ years of software engineering and technical leadership with proven results in crafting, implementing, and maintaining sophisticated systems and services

• Deep understanding of cloud design patternsExperienced with SDLC/Agile/Scrum processes

Desire to work in a hands-on, fast-paced and meaningful environment

Expertise with Agile development Methodology

Expertise in developing full-stack web-based applications

Expertise with Core java, J2EE

Expertise with Eclipse IDE, SQL Developer, GIT Source Control

Expertise with application servers like Weblogic, Tomcat

Expertise with Oracle Database

Expertise with Microservices, Middleware

Expertise with JSON, REST web services

Expertise on HTML,CSS,javascript, Knockout, JQuery

Good written and oral Communication Skills

Hands-on with configuration management and continuous integration tools like Ant, Maven, Gradle, and Jenkins

Responsibilities

As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build and complete unit tests and unit plans. Connect with QA and porting engineering as vital to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
