Software Principal Engineer

The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation applications and new products for a changing world. What you’ll achieve

As a Software Principal Engineer , you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.

You will:

• Design, implement and test the features across complex software components with new technology or customer requirements.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of test strategies for complex software products and systems/for storage products and systems.

• Contribute to the high-level design and architecture of high-quality, complex systems and software/storage systems.

• Participate in product design and review with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to contribute to product design, testability, and implementation.

• Frequently contribute to the development of new methods/techniques/ideas – from conception and buy-in to implementation and roll-out.

Essential Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in Java, Spring and building microservices-based architecture.

• Experience in system software of server or storage domain.

• Experience in VMWare gird, docker cloud-based systems

• Experience in Hypervisors and Virtualization technologies like VMware ESXi, Tanzu, Kubernetes, or KVM, or Hyper-V.

• Experience with distributed systems, Linux OS, container platforms, and OpenSource SW.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in designing test frameworks, design, automation, test, and other test methodologies.

• Fast leaner, good communication skills and experience working in a highly distributed international environment.
