AT&T Sr Specialist Cybersecurity - IAM Tester in Bengaluru, India

Job Description:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability and integrity of the Sailpoint solution after changes or enhancements.

Should be able to design and execute regression test suites to validate the impact of changes on existing functionalities.

Perform performance testing to assess the scalability and responsiveness of the Sailpoint solution under different load conditions. This includes load testing, stress testing, and performance profiling to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software testing and identity and access management.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
