Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

your main tasks:

  • technical and commercial service to TE customers to win new business,

  • review of customer contracts and coordination with legal and other involved departments,

  • identification of application-areas where TE does not have a strong position and definition of business requirements for improvement,

  • responsibility for business revenue and business relation to key customers,

  • potential responsibility for some customers on EMEA level (contracts, pricing negotiations, project monitoring, definition of sales and delivery conditions),

  • negotiation of commercial business conditions with the customers,

  • preparation of commercial quotations,

  • monitoring of key figures and initiation, if necessary, of adequate corrective actions,

  • execution of sales strategy and annual objectives,

  • knowledge of project management procedures,

  • reporting of own sales territory performance,

  • forecasting and budget planning.

your profile:

  • University degree (Technical/Business) is preferred

  • some year of experience in a similar role

  • Sales negotiations skills

  • German language – negotiation level

  • Turkish language – negotiation level

  • English language skills - fluent written and spokenace of residence in Germany.

  • Deep knowledge about customer structure, market condition as well as competitor and supplier landscape

  • Strong problem solving, strategic and tactical thinking, and analytical skills

  • Ability to form successful working relationships quickly at all levels

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Car driving license necessary.

  • Position requires flexibility regarding travelling.
