Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Senior Analyst, Operations - Walmart Luminate
Responsibilities:
Gather data requirements and partner with cross-functional teams to monitor and report on usage metrics related to Walmart Luminate suite of products
Support with tactical operations during the opportunity lifecycle
Ensure client readiness on the Luminate platform post close
Stand up & support process around a centralized procurement process for all of Data Ventures
Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendation to solve business issues
Support ad-hoc projects related to business growth
Identifying root causes and developing potential solutions for initiatives; and making recommendations based on data and observation
Partnering with account management, business development, product management, and other groups to drive projects
Implements operational best practices that can be scaled as the business grows and develops by developing mechanisms and tools to roll out these best practices
Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required
Minimum 2 years experience in procurement, accounting, finance, or sales operations
Strong verbal and written communications - able to communicate effectively across varied audience base such as Product, Account Management, Business Development, and Leadership.
Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools like PowerBI
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple, simultaneous solutions
Experience developing quantitative analysis and delivering actionable insights
Self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for excellence and delivery of results
Some business insights or analysis
High level of accountability; proven ability to take ownership and solve problems

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $72,000.00-$132,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $78,000.00-$143,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
