Are you looking for a great opportunity to join Fortune #1? Corporate Real Estate is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join the Strategy and Planning team charged with strategic initiatives, including transition management for the New Home Office.
What you'll do...
Manage strategic projects by developing, prioritizing, and coordinating project work plans; ensuring project objectives are aligned with overall program goals and deliverables.
Create high impact deliverables mainly in PowerPoint and Excel.
Monitor project milestones against project schedules and budgets; tracking projects and communicating status to key stakeholders.
Manage 3P / Consultants to support and oversee scoped deliverables and drive progress.
Identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues with the project; develop strategies to mitigate those risks and prioritize resolution of critical issues.
Connect the dots across the various teams and workstreams to ensure knowledge transfer and connectivity.
Elevate updates to senior leadership to drive decisions and report on progress.
You'll make an impact through:
Proven track record of executing complex, high profile projects (M&A / Integrations, Transition Management).
Experience working with cross-functional teams including overseeing consultants.
Expertise around complex project management.
Minimum requirements:
Experience with other large transformations at Walmart or elsewhere; consulting background with a focus on PMO, M&A, Change Management is highly preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
Strong and proven capabilities in complex data analytics and data management.
High level of competency with Excel, PowerPoint and other Project Management / Data Management tools.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
2 years' supervisory experience.
3 years' project management experience.
