Senior Manager, Walmart Services - Money Services Initiatives & Program Management

As the Senior Manager - Money Services Initiatives & Program Management, you will be responsible for orchestrating strategic initiatives, achieving business growth goals, and driving innovation. You will craft financial services business strategies, develop customer value propositions, partner with key internal and external stakeholders, execute on important cross-functional initiatives across the portfolio. You will be a key leader on one of the largest non-bank consumer financial services businesses in the world. You will leverage e xperience with Money Services businesses & key initiative leadership for businesses such as Money Transfers, Bill Payment, Check Cashing, Money Orders, and Deposits & Withdrawals.

  • Deliver results - Achieve customer, operational, and financial metrics for existing and newly established business lines and set & achieve annual operating performance objectives.

  • Drive operational excellence - Get the fundamentals right and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and improvement across.

  • Seeking opportunities - Proactively seek out opportunities to propel the business forward and prepare for the next generation of customer services and experiences.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 5 years of experience in consumer financial services, bill payment, money orders, product management, marketing management, customer relationship management, retail operations, or related area.

  • 5 years of experience leading direct reports and/or large cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications / Other:

  • Marketing management in financial services, banking, or consumer lending, or innovation consulting experience in consumer financial services

  • MBA in Marketing, Finance, Operations, or related field.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
