You will make an impact by:

Fostering a high-performance culture, delivering multiple projects, priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Deliver key data-driven business insights, working with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities that drive business / product strategy.

Utilize Key Performance Indicators, in close partnership with vertical pods (product, tech, design, operations), to identify gaps in process and product design and to create new user experiences.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage the corporate return policy and to root cause pain points along the return customer journey.

You will sweep us off our feet if you:

  • Are customer-obsessed and have led projects that significantly improved customer experience in a given vertical.

  • Managed multiple projects simultaneously to keep teams organized and on track against key delivery dates to drive associate and customer impact.

  • Organized and developed systemic ways of helping key stakeholders through complex change management to meet critical deadlines.

  • Answered complex business questions via incomplete data to enable business and product owners to make critical decisions.

  • Drove understanding of customers and their interaction with products, through in-depth analyses of user behavior and engagement

What you'll bring:

  • Project management skills

  • Analytical skills

  • Related industry experience (for example, retail, merchandising, eCommerce)

  • Experience in a customer service role (e.g., contact center, customer service desk, help desk)

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project or other project management tools

  • Strong communicator

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Can effectively synthesize, visualize, and communicate ideas to others

  • Storytelling using data

  • Cross functional leadership

  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization

  • Capable of handling ambiguity and turning chaos into order

Minimum Qualifications...

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, or related fields.

  • 2+ years' experience project management or 4+ years in project management without a 4-yr degree.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area OR 4 years' experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or related area.
