Your Role and Responsibilities

Business Consultants von IBM untersttzen unsere Kunden bei der Identifikation und Umsetzung zukunftsorientierter LÖsungen. Werde Teil unseres hoch qualifizierten Teams aus Consultants, die in einem dynamischen Umfeld die LÖsungen von morgen fr die Versicherungsindustrie gestalten.

Du untersttzt unsere Kunden von der strategischen berlegung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Grundlage bilden dabei Deine Fachkenntnisse, Dein Branchenwissen und Deine ausgeprÄgten Soft Skills sowie ein starker Fokus auf GeschÄftsentwicklung und Transformationsprojekte im Bereich der Digitalisierung.

• Hochschulabschluss vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mathematik oder vergleichbare StudiengÄnge

• Expertise in Versicherungsprozessen und Versicherungs-Softwareprodukten

• Nachweisliche Projekterfahrung zur Einfhrung von Standard-Software und Transformation von GeschÄftsprozessen in der Versicherungswirtschaft

• LangjÄhrige und nachhaltige Erfahrung im Versicherungsumfeld

• Team- und/oder Projektleitungserfahrung

• Kenntnis von IT-Trends und deren Auswirkung auf den GeschÄftserfolg

• Exzellente Kommunikations- und PrÄsentationsfÄhigkeiten

• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch fließend

• Reisebereitschaft in einem dynamischen Projektumfeld

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Project related practical experience in conducting Business Analysis in Core Insurance property & casuality processes.

• Detailed Know-how of the value chain of an insurance company for retail insurance.

• Know-how of the value chain of an insurance company for retail insurance and the related business interfaces between insurance processes.

• Prooven project record in designing the core processes of the End-to-End process value chain of a German P&C insurance company.

• Deep understanding in applying agile analysis and IBM Garage to design to-be core insurance processes of P&C.

• Languages required: German, English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Standard software Know-how.

• Experience in managing teams of business analysts to elicitate business requirements for core insurance applications in general insurance.

• Prooven track record or references in conducting design workshops with business departments of an insurance company.
