Supply Chain Support (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

• Independent scheduling and securing of resources for production in line with deadlines, capacity and stock levels

• Coordination of material and information flows within and between departments to ensure on-time production

• Responsibility for regular monitoring of the order processing status and coordination with Customer Support, the individual production areas or the direct supervisor in the event of deviations

• Ensuring that production orders are fed into production on time

• Regular review of production capacities and adjustment to the current status by requesting information from the specialist departments

• Supporting customer support in escalation cases by independently optimizing scheduling

• Active participation in the design of production planning processes

• Responsible for creating delivery bills and coordinating returns

What your background should look like:

• Completed specialist vocational training

• 1-2 years of relevant practical work experience

• Good technical understanding, very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

• Good knowledge of ERP systems

• Very good written and spoken English skills

• Ability to work in a team, very good communication skills, flexibility

• Affinity for numbers, independent and self-organized way of working

• Problem-solving skills, detail orientation, analytical skills
