As a Digital Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in performing deposit related tasks. Your attention to detail and expertise in Digital Operations will contribute to the success of our clients and the overall growth of our organization.
Job Details
Maintenance related activities on clients accounts
Importing and indexing of deposit documents
Maintenance request system management items
Balancing and reviewing internal accounts/products for accuracy
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance digital tools and platforms
Provide superior client service
