Graduate Development Program – Capability Track Integrated Supply Chain – Operations Factory Best

Our development program is a two-year journey to give you the time and space to get to know us and grow as yourself. Your personal development is at the heart of it all.

Your assignments:

As a Philips Graduate Development Program Integrated Supply Chain Operations Trainee you will be located in our factory in Best where you will work on 2 different assignments of 12 months each. Via this way you will be able to gain exposure across different operations departments.

In this program you will be identifying and driving projects in the different factories (Components Repair & Refurbishment Factory, Image Guided Therapy Factory, Magnetic Resonance Factory and Diagnostic X-Ray Factory). You will work on projects that focus on process improvements, scalability, quality and compliancy, productivity, training, planning etc

During this 2 year program you will have the opportunity to learn:

  • Stakeholder management on all different levels and departments: factory management, operations, procurement, R&D, quality etc.

  • Operational excellence, hands on experience in operational environment.

  • Within the factory, you can see End-2-End how a factory is sustained from all aspects.

  • Deliverables of the projects are very tangible, and the implementation is key.

As you will be working closely with our employees in the factory it is very important that you are willing to be in the factory for 5 days per week (fulltime).

As a GDP trainee you will receive 2.5 years, full time employment contract with excellent labor conditions.

You're the right fit if:

  • Recently graduated Masters/Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain/Operations Management/ Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering (concentration in operations preferred)

  • 0-2 years business experience in manufacturing and supply chain within a regulated environment

  • Strong communication, planning and organizational skills

  • Team player, passionate for results and people. Supports our highly engaged workforce.

  • Pragmatic and Hands on mentality, team player and result driven

  • English required and having the motivation to learn Dutch

  • Willing to be in the factory location 5 days a week

Recruitment process

If you are interested in joining the Philips Graduate Development Program, please apply online, by uploading your CV and/or motivation letter.

  • Within 2 weeks after your application, you will be informed whether you passed the pre-selection round and if yes you will be invited to perform a gamified test and video interview.

  • You will be informed whether you belong to the best performers and if yes you will be invited for the final assessment center, which will take place Tuesday 25th of J une 2024 . During this event, you will work on several challenging exercises together with similar minded graduates. This is the final step in the selection process. In the same week, we will inform you of the outcome.

  • Start date will be 1st September 2024
