Responsibilities:

  • Create and format proposals, estimates, correspondence, reports, permits, and other documents

  • Copying and binding reports and presentations

  • Maintain filing system/organization of correspondence/account information

  • Coordinate office functions and client-related meetings and functions

  • Operate and maintain standard office equipment including computer, copier, postage meter and scale, and plotter

  • Update project databases

  • Ensure interactions via phone, email, or in-person with clients and other company employees are professional and welcoming

  • Collaborate with other office support staff, if needed, to ensure project deadlines are met

  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with multiple departments

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to meet deadlines

  • General office support and event planning

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 3-10 years of progressively responsible experience supporting fast-paced teams

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Proven ability in keyboarding skills, note-taking, and transcribing

  • Proven project management skills and the ability to handle a high volume of confidential information

  • Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently
