Position: Supervisor, Engineering Location: Coyote Station, Beulah, ND Description: At Otter Tail Power, our employees help us to serve the communities we support by producing safe, reliable, affordable, and environmentally responsible electricity. In this role, the Supervisor, Engineering will lead employees to ensure that the Coyote Station Plant continues to maintain exceptional quality power production. Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Complete projects that enhance, improve, and maintain the plant operations by managing a team of Engineers and Lab Technicians.
- Meet safety goals by ensuring safe working behaviors and environment.
- Manage budgets to meet expense and capital targets.
- Investigate operational challenges and collaborate with internal and external teams and leaders to solve the issues.
