THE JOB

This project management professional will help research, plan and execute an influencer program tied to Live Nation’s owned and operated amphitheaters. This individual will be involved across the entire campaign cycle ensuring content and deliverables are efficiently being captured.

Reporting into the Senior Director of Influencer Marketing, this enthusiastic project management expert will be responsible for acting as project lead across the venue program. This organized professional will juggle all moving parts of the campaign cycle from creative brief to legal redlines.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Conduct outreach to influencers with key offer terms of participation

  • Setup whitelisting access with influencers to help facilitate the creation of social ads

  • Review campaign briefs to send out to influencers

  • Assist with the influencer onboarding to the Influencer Network

  • Lead briefing calls with influencers before each onsite visit

  • Route assets for internal approval

  • Review posting plans for influencers to publish approved content

  • Work with paid media agency to build ads with the appropriate targeting

  • Lead legal redlines and general contracting process

  • Brief team of social producers to ensure they are prepared for each onsite activation

  • Setup ticket and ancillaries for each venue visit

  • Map out concert schedule for all influencers

  • Lead communications with management and/or influencers

  • Keep track of influencers' posts

  • Facilitate timely influencer invoice payments

  • Some travel required for event coverage

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 6-8 years of experience in project management and/or influencer marketing

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications

  • Experience with Creator IQ or similar CRM/management platform

  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools

  • Experience with running paid ads across socials

  • Willingness to travel to events for influencer handling/wrangling (weekends included)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn basic formulas and functions

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to be highly organized

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the latest trends

  • Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with different levels of the organization

California Hiring Pay*: $1,850 - $2,500 per week
