Job Description:

Responsible for transporting patients, oxygen, meds, specimens and mail throughout the hospital. Must be able to push/pull 100lb +. Must be able to transfer patients by slide board. Patient transfer by stretcher, wheelchair, and bed. Must have the ability to distinguish computer screen and room numbers and Transport slips with all information about the transport written on it.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Attending or graduate of high school (or equivalent). No experience necessary.

Basic Life Support certification required within 90 days of hire.
