Fixed term contract for 3 months - £11.79 per hour

A vacancy has arisen for a Transport Administrator to work at our busy Belle Eau Park Depot in Bilsthorpe reporting to the Transport Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Debrief drivers, FTE + agency

• Complete administrative checks and filing of driver’s paperwork

• Examining agency shift disclaimers

• Processing and filing of safety observations and gate checks

• Scan and index vehicular/trailer and driver paperwork

• Assisting the Transport Manager with the servicing schedules for vehicles and trailers

• Day to day checks of drivers paperwork, vehicle defects and PMI reports

What are we looking for?

• Previous Transport experience ideal but not essential

• Good IT skills are essential. Excel, Word, and Outlook are particularly important

• Above all else, you’ll share our determination to keep our customers and colleagues happy, so a can-do attitude with brilliant communication and organisation skills is essential
