We are seeking a diligent and reliable dishwasher to join our team. The dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans used in the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Load, operate, and unload dishwashing machines.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.
- Scrub and sanitize kitchen equipment.
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and glassware in appropriate places.
- Assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Dispose of kitchen garbage and recyclables.
- Follow proper sanitation procedures for handling and disposing of kitchen waste.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with other duties as needed, such as food preparation or general cleaning.
