• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and resolution times.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
