Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry based in Binghamton, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate customer service, processing customer orders, and resolving customer complaints. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate information to customers and team members.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and patiently, ensuring their expectations are met.

• Educate customers on the terminology, features, and benefits of our products to improve customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and direct customer service requests as necessary.

• Participate in on-the-job training activities and assist in cross-training other employees on various tasks.

• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.

• Assist customers via chat, phone call, or email.

• Handle complaint resolution using professionalism and de-escalation techniques.

• Process customer orders and requests for quotations.

• Maintain accurate customer records and process credit applications efficiently. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Proven experience in handling inbound telephone calls

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Previous experience in the real estate and property industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Must have the ability to work well in a team and independently

• Good understanding of real estate market and current trends.
