Job Description

As a Process/Packaging Engineer, you will join the Packaging Department. You will be responsible for running the quality improvement plan for our suppliers' packaging.

There are several tasks awaiting you:

  • Support the technicians in handling quality complaints from suppliers

  • Draw up a plan to eliminate losses over the next 6 months

  • Working with suppliers to implement their improvement plans

  • Follow up supplier actions and visit them in order to maintain the relationship and check the effectiveness of the actions.

  • Manage and coordinate the entire supply chain in the event of material quality problems

  • Communicate the progress of the improvement plan to other departments

  • Leading the packaging team's daily prioritization meeting

This position will gradually involve project management. If you are already experienced, this project aspect could be assigned to you right from the start.

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR, IF:- You have an engineering degree or university Masters with a specialization in packaging/materials- You have a proven ability to work as part of a cohesive and efficient team- You are a proactive thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills- You will be able to communicate both orally and in writing in French and English with suppliers and other departments in France and abroad, as well as leading meetings and videoconferences.
