Staż w Dziale Finanse (Środki trwałe, Zobowiązania)

Cel stanowiska: Stażysta w dziale Zobowiązań będzie współpracował ze Specjalistami i wspierał ich w codziennych obowiązkach

Kluczowe obowiązki:

• Analiza i przetwarzanie danych zawartych w programie Excel

• Zbieranie danych

• Procesowanie faktur w systemie ECM

• Komunikacja z dostawcami

• Analiza dokumentów pod kątem poprawności wystawienia

• Wsparcie innych działań w obszarze finansów

Kogo szukamy?

• Studenta lub absolwenta kierunku z obszaru finansów / rachunkowości / ekonomii

• Osoby z dobra znajomością języka angielskiego w piśmie i w mowie

• Osoby z umiejętnością szybkiego przetwarzania danych i silną orientacja na detale

• Osoby ze zdolnościami komunikacyjnymi i organizacyjnymi

• Silne zdolności analityczne oraz zdolności do rozwiązywania problemów

• Dostępność w wymiarze minimum 30 - 40 godzin tygodniowo

Najbardziej cenione kompetencje:

• Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, zwłaszcza Excel

• Analityczne myślenie

• Komunikatywność

• Dokładność
