  • Work withassignedCigna clients during pre-effective timeline to coordinate tailored education events withavailable modality options(on-site, telephonic, and self-serviceengagement options)

  • Identifycustomer education opportunities to drive maximumutilizationof available resources (all lines of benefit plans and programs)

  • Lead anddelivervirtual and/or onsiteawareness and educationpresentations, engagementofferings, and activation dutiesin group settingas assignedtoexisting and prospective customersin Select & Middle Market Segment (U3000)

  • Coordinate with local Health Engagement team to ensure needs are met and potential problems areaverted

  • Provide information toCignaclient(s)on the use of availablesteerageresourcesthroughout the plan year asassigned

  • Keeps accountpartnersinformed about account status and opportunities for expandedbusiness

  • Follows established guidelines and procedures of benefit education events and other events asassigned

  • Maintains current knowledge in allCignaproducts, programs, andtactics

  • Refers customer service inquiries, administrative functions, implementation, billing questions, and other production matters toappropriate serviceorganizationpartners

  • Coordinate, track,and updateevent meetings, including attendance, and topinsights via data entry system (Salesforce.com) by assigneddeadlines

  • May support local market community events asassigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s preferred; ineducation,marketing,business,or related field

  • 1-2years experiencein benefiteducation/presentationand eventdeployment/support

  • Current and active Health & Life License or in process of pursuing (completion within60 daysof hire)

  • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs (PowerPoint, Word), CRM system (Salesforce.com) and virtual learning platforms (Web Ex Meetings)

  • Influential sales experiencepreferred

  • Proven abilityto excel inheavily matrixedorganization andexpeditioussalescycles

  • Ability toidentifyopportunities andsupport cross-sell opportunities with sales/account managementteams

  • Ability totravel tolocal/remote trainings/meetings asassigned (50%-75% travel, especially during open enrollment)

  • This rolemust belocatedwithin assigned territory/marketto be able to driveto client locations, local offices

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 69,900 - 116,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
