What does the RN role entail?
Team Leader - Looking for Growth into a Clinical Coordinator
Thrives within a team environment
Full Time - Rotating base schedule 3 days and a minimum of 30 hours a week
Comfortable working some weekends based on team needs
Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 6:00 pm
Average hours range from 12 to 14 hours a day
Oversee a group of up to 16 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 4 fully trained PCTs
Paid Dialysis Training provided
What does a successful RN look like?
At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
Experience within fast-paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg, and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan
Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and a team of PCTs
Someone eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
