Description

Sell and Service all Social banquet, catering, or meeting only groups of 50 people or less, as well as all Social room Blocks with less than 30 room nights. Prepares all event documentation and coordinates with sales, food and beverage, accounting and other hotel departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event, and post event phases. Communicate with Sales, front office, reservations, and food service department to coordinate and monitor guest room blocks, special reservation needs, meeting room and food and beverage needs.  Assign banquet/meeting rooms set up based on the needs of clients, e.g., classroom rounds.  Review and prepare banquet event orders and banquet checks to ensure clear communication and accuracy. Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self starting personality with an even disposition. Always maintain a professional appearance and manner. Team Player.
