About The Role

We are looking for a Financial Systems Specialist for CBRE Property Management and Accounting, an exciting and growing environment. This contributor will provide support and technical assistance to users for software applications.

What You'll Do

  • Support users of real estate accounting software packages such as Yardi.

  • Record issues, resolutions, and actions in our incident management system.

  • Resolve sophisticated issues, including requests from junior support staff.

  • Collaborate internally to build, coordinate, and follow through on projects.

  • Improve software efficiency using established processes to initiate new projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years proven experience with computer applications, accounting, or financial management systems required.

  • Helpdesk support experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Passionate about providing efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.

  • Ability to handle sophisticated inquiries or requests and explain system and accounting issues to laypeople.

  • Sophisticated knowledge of computer software and hardware (such as Microsoft Office) required.
