McDonald's Barista in BLOUNTSTOWN, Florida

We are looking for a McDonald’s barista who is well-spoken, energetic, enthusiastic, and a fast learner. We have a team-oriented work environment and need individuals who are motivated to excel and enjoy their work environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Educating guests on our drink selections and making recommendations.

  • Gives excellent and friendly customer service.

  • Accurate cash handling and operation of POS system.

  • Stocking out pastries, cookies, etc. for sale. Restocking products as necessary.

  • Provides high-level coffee service during busy hours, includes making a variety of espresso and non-espresso drinks.

  • Up-keeping our high cleanliness standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

  • Must be able to work 8-hour shifts.

  • Team player, flexible enough to pitch in where needed to get the job done.

Requirements, qualities, skills, knowledge, and abilities to be a McDonald’s Barista:

  • Great customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, how brewing equipment, slushie, and milkshake machines operate.

  • You should also be able to work various shifts.

  • Patience and the ability to handle stress.
