TEKsystems Service Desk Analyst in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania

Description:

This position is part of a Service Desk team responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone calls within 60 seconds

• Responding to emails (majority of requests are through email) within one hour

• Providing support for the client rollout of new financial applications as well as wide-ranging IT remote support for client end users using Microsoft 365
