We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Coordinator to execute our office operations and provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure Installers are scheduling and completing jobs in a timely manner.
  • Submit paperwork daily.
  • Execute Assigned Activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and copying.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous office experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
