Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Coordinator to execute our office operations and provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Installers are scheduling and completing jobs in a timely manner.
- Submit paperwork daily.
- Execute Assigned Activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and copying.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous office experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
Desired Skills (Optional)
- Experience with office management software.
