We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal parts according to specifications. The Press Brake Operator will ensure high-quality production while adhering to safety and efficiency standards. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine setup and production requirements.

• Adjust machine settings and tooling to achieve desired specifications and tolerances.

• Conduct regular maintenance on press brake machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet specifications and tolerances.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the bending process.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.

• Document production and maintenance activities as required.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
