We are searching for a data-driven veteran who pays great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be expected to have developed intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have lightning quick and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization? Then we have the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This long-term contract / temporary to hire Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Boise, Idaho area. This role is on-site (preferred) and is M-F, 8am-5pm. The candidate selected for this role must reside in Boise, ID.

What you get to do every single day

• Investigate reports and sheets of data

• Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress

• Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product

• Explore the internet for information

• Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

• Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources

• Submit information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

Requirements

• Networking experience

• Microsoft Windows Server experience

• Well-founded grasp of disaster recovery

• Foundational knowledge in Veeam

• General familiarity with Desktop Operating System

• OneDrive experience

• Linux System Administration experience

• Proven knowledge of Sophos

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Sound written and verbal communication skills

• Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

• Excellent typing accuracy
