The Insights & Analytics Manager is responsible to drive Insights and deliver a full picture story by bringing all relevant sources together to drive business action. This role will work closely with key stakeholders in Marketing, Product Development, Sales, Digital Sales Enablement and the wider business to ensure all their Insights & Market Research needs are understood and delivered upon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivers data analytical insights into customer journeys; channel, campaign, and segment performance; and develops recommendations for optimizing business results.

  • Work closely with outside service providers such as advertising agency, research providers and fulfillment companies to develop strong understanding of strategic direction of markets and communicate key insights to the organization.

  • Gathers intelligence related to customer needs; helps design integrated systems, processes and efficiencies to elevate the Customer Experience. Develop tracking and benchmarks for the product management and sales team to facilitate market share growth.

  • Facilitate the design, management and presentation of both qualitative and quantitative analytics, including recommending methodology, questionnaire design, dashboards, and data analysis to support the business initiatives.

  • Develops data driven solutions for internal customers (sales, operations) in a usable format for execution. Provide and Pull information from /to various data sources and provide to sales teams.

  • Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, product development, digital sales enablement, finance, etc., to ensure that gaps in the customer experience are resolved.

  • Support the Strategy team, Operations teams, Sales team, and Digital teams from an Insights and Research Development perspective, in the development and execution of their market strategy.

  • Develop and maintain Customer Segmentation utilizing market research and internal data to provide ongoing data analytical solutions to business groups to make sound business decisions and enable customer acquisitions.

Typical Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university (Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for meeting the minimum requirements of the roles).

Relevant Experience

  • 5+ years related experience and/or training

This role requires strong analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to develop cross-functional relationships. Ability to understand and analyze detailed information and deliver insights. Ability to manage multiple priorities and large projects. Strong interpersonal and written skills. Comfortable presenting to senior Management within an organization and key customers. Preferred Skills: Agriculture background, Data visualization (PowerBi, Tableau, DataStudio), SQL (Google Big Query), Geospatial Analysis (Arc GIS).
