How Will You Contribute to the Company?\ Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is actively seeking a qualified individual to join the Strategic Programs Office to take the critical role as Senior Technical Program Manager in leading the implementing and operationalization of key, enterprise-wide, strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role will lead cross functional teams and subject matter experts to collect requirements, prioritize, plan, and implement effective high-profile programs requiring you to easily tap into your experience of delivering on Program and Project objectives. The candidate must think strategically about business, process, and technical challenges, with the skillset to dive deep and tactically. Then eagerly roll up your sleeves to execute in a fast paced environment utilizing waterfall/agile/hybrid project methodologies.\ \ What Will You Do?

  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a program lifecycle to ensure successful delivery including developing and managing program governance plans, schedules, team goals, milestones, and defining success criteria leveraging multiple project methodologies
  • Engage cross functionally with various organizations (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Support, Customer Success, Finance) to form and lead integrated teams required to deliver a on program objectives
  • Responsible for collecting cross functional requirements and developing execution plans with key milestones based on the defined program objectives and deliverables
  • Responsible for surfacing risks, issues, and disconnects within the program and managing all such issues to resolution
  • Be a trusted advisor for end to end execution of assigned programs, guiding various organizations to meet program objectives
  • Understand the business value behind program decisions and advocate for solutions while serving as primary program representative as a team member of high-performing teams
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of internal systems, systems architecture, and customer requirements
  • Bring evidence-based decision-making to your communication
  • Lead cross-functional teams to surface issues, remove blockers, and work through solution design as needed
  • Be a ruthless prioritize while balancing the needs of the business and stakeholders

\ Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Eight to ten (8 - 10) years of experience in a similar role, ideally with a software/services company or device manufacturer
  • Demonstrated program management experience with large, strategic, cross functional programs including defining, scheduling, tracking, communicating status and managing projects
  • Experienced End to End Compliance program implementation for SOC2, SOX, ISOx, FedRAMP, PCI, and/or HIPPA is ideal
  • Experience working with agile engineering teams including high level of proficiency in Jira and Confluence
  • Demonstrated effective English communication, presentation, negotiation, planning, organization and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and understand a diverse set of departments and functions
  • Experience doing Program Management in a company using multiple methodologies
